Born and raised in Jo’burg, writer and filmmaker Kyla currently resides in Cape Town. Their academic background in filmmaking, paired with an unswerving commitment to authentic contemporary storytelling, has resulted in a dynamic and versatile creative talent whose cinematic output is evocative and filled with hope.
